On 25 May 2020, once again, the black man could not breathe as Floyd, a black man, was killed under the "management" of white police officers.
I have buddhised Freud's face, expressionless and smiling, a face that symbolises not only the fallen Freud, but also the seriousness of the Emancipation Code.
The forging of this face required constant hardening, constant beating with a hammer. The hammering was not only the beating Freud received from ethnocentrics, but also the shots fired by Abraham Lincoln for the Emancipation Proclamation.
The face is a metaphor for the emancipation code, which like metal becomes tarnished over time, and the shiny laws become dusty and need to be washed to restore their brilliance. The transition between white and black is at the same time a symbol of the darkness and light of black life. The expressionless face also represents both the indifference of the white man and the helplessness of the black man.

2020年5月25日，黑人再次无法呼吸，因为弗洛伊德这名黑人在白人警察的“管理”下被杀害。
我将佛洛伊德的面孔佛化了，面无表情且带着微笑，这张面孔不仅象征着堕落的佛洛伊德，也象征着解放法典的严肃性。

这张面孔是解放法典的隐喻，就像金属随时间而失去光泽，闪亮的法律变得尘埃满面，需要清洗才能恢复它们的光彩。白色与黑色之间的过渡同时也象征着黑人生活的黑暗与光明。面无表情的面孔既代表了白人的冷漠，也代表了黑人的无助。
