​Young people today often see media definitions of people's bodies in their lives on the internet in the form of A4 waists, collarbones you can put coins in, caricature figures and other ways to describe someone with a perfect body. People admire the dainty figures in the videos and start to feel ashamed of their slightly obese bodies and want to lose weight despite everything.

The project has created different sizes of bodies to help people experience how different fat and thin bodies may occur in their lives, trying to help people find the right weight situation for them. There should not be just one body shape in life and people should not be judged by the media on how their bodies are judged.
